Kulchytska O. I. was born in 1980. In 2002, Kulchytska O. I. graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

The topic of her dissertation is “Subjects of Social Security Law of Ukraine”.

Since 2004, Kulchytska O.I. has been working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Social Law at the Faculty of Law of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

In her scientific activity, Kulchytska O. I. mainly deals with the problems of subjects of social security law.

Participation in international scientific and/or educational projects:

In November 2021, as a legal expert, Kulchytska O. I. was involved in an analytical study on the formation of a list with Ukrainian laws that must be brought into line with the National Strategy for the Creation of a Barrier-Free Space in Ukraine (Provide an analysis and mapping of the regulatory framework of Ukraine vis-à-vis the National Strategy on Barrier-Free Society), organized by the Council of Europe (The Council of Europe, Department of the Еuropean social charter) on request from the Office of the President of Ukraine.
