Research interests: study of the norms of Labor Law, as well as problems of theory and practice of Labor Law.

She was born on April 23, 1984 in the city of Lviv. In 2006 she graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. Later that year she entered full-time postgraduate studies at the Department of Labor, Agrarian and Environmental Law of the Faculty of Law at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv under the supervision of Professor Pylypenko Pylyp Danylovych.

In 2012 she defended the candidate’s thesis on the topic “Constitutional Principles of Labor Law of Ukraine”. During the period of 2009-2015 she worked as an assistant at the Department of Social Law of the Faculty of Law of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. In 2015 she was promoted to the position of Docent of the same department. In February 2016 she was awarded the academic title of Docent. She is working on a doctoral thesis on the topic “Norms of Labor Law of Ukraine”.

Stasiv Oksana Vasylivna is the author of more than 60 scientific and methodological works, including a specialized course for masters entitled “Legal and organizational principles of work with personnel”. She prepared the curriculum of the discipline “Legal and organizational principles of work with personnel», specialty 6.030401 “Law”, Faculty of Law.

Participation in international scientific and/or educational projects:

In July 2022, as a legal expert, she was involved in an analytical study on the social protection of displaced persons, which included the preparation of check-lists/lists of social rights and social protection measures for both displaced people and receiving states, organized by the Council of Europe, Department of Social Rights.
