The scope of scientific interests includes theoretical and practical aspects of labour rights in the human rights system, protection of labour rights and interests, adaptation of Ukraine’s labour legislation to European labour standards, and labour law of the European Union.

The author of over 140 scientific and educational publications, including the monographs “Competence Prevention in Labour Relationship” (2011), “Labour Law of the European Union” (2020), “Correlation between fundamental economic freedoms and fundamental labour collective rights in the European Union”. Legislation of EU countries: history, shortcomings, and prospects for the development (co-author, 2019), The principles of labour law of the European Union and Ukraine: in search of harmonization. Started career in 1999 as a notary’s assistant. From February 2003, performed the duties of an assistant of a judge of the Lviv Region Court of Appeal, and from February 2004 to November 2004, was the head of the department of organizational support for the work of the Court Chamber in Civil Cases of the Lviv Region Court of Appeal. During postgraduate studies, from November 2004 to September 2007, worked as a part-time legal consultant. Since 2007, has worked as an assistant at the Department of Labour, Agrarian and Environmental Law of the Faculty of Law of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, since July 2010 – as an associate professor at the Department of Social Law.
