He was born on January 22, 1984 in the city of Korosten, Zhytomyr region.

In 2006 he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv with a degree in Law and obtained the educational qualification level of Master of Law (diploma with honors).

From 2006 to 2014 he worked as an assistant at the Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminology at the Faculty of Law of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

From 2007 to 2011 he studied at the graduate school of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminology of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

On July 5, 2012 at the meeting of the specialized academic council K 26.122.01 at the Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine he defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Law (specialty: 12.00.09 – criminal procedure and criminology; forensic examination; operational and investigative activities) on the topic: ” Methods of investigation of crimes related to non-payment of wages, scholarships, pensions or other statutory payments “(supervisor – Doctor of Law, Professor II Kohutych).

In 2014 he was elected associate professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminology of the Faculty of Law of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, where he still works.
