Candidate of Law, Associate Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, Member of the Constitutional Commission. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in 1966 and postgraduate studies at Kyiv National University. T.G. Shevchenko. He has been working at the Faculty of Law since 1966, Associate Professor of Constitutional Law. Reads elective course “Constitutional procedural law”
