She studied at the Faculty of Law of Ivan Franko Lviv National University, in graduate school at the Department of Constitutional, Administrative and Financial Law (2000 – 2003). In 2004 she defended her dissertation on “Constitutional and legal principles of local self-government in Ukraine and their implementation” in the specialty “constitutional law”.
