He was born in 1971 in the city of Lviv. In 1993 he graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. After graduating from university he worked in the prosecutor’s office. Since 1995 he has been teaching. From 2000 to 2005 he taught at the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv at the Faculty of International Relations. From February 2005 he worked at the Lviv State University of Internal Affairs. In June 2005, Bedriy RB successfully defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Law at the Academy of Internal Affairs (Kyiv) on the topic “Citizenship of Ukraine: constitutional and legal framework.” Since 2012 he has been working as an associate professor of the Department of Constitutional Law of LNU. Research interests: problems of Ukrainian citizenship, a dissertation was defended on this topic in 2005, a monograph “Constitutional and legal bases of Ukrainian citizenship” (2006), scientific articles and conference abstracts (about 40 publications) was published. problems of local self-government (there are a number of articles and theses).
