Presentation of the Research Works Performed by the Teachers of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure

Presentation of the research works performed by the teachers of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the Faculty of Law took place on August 29, 2022, at the meeting of the department. These are the following: “Family Law of Ukraine” (study guide) by Professor Diakovych M. M. and “Legal Regulation of Inheritance Relationships in International Private Law” (monograph) by Associate Professor Mykhailiv M. O.

Research works are based on the study of legal regulation of family and inheritance relationships both in Ukraine and in foreign countries and on the judicial practice. The books are intended for students, postgraduate students, teachers of higher educational institutions, and will also be useful for employees of court, notary, bar, etc.

Representing the scientific developments, the authors emphasized the relevance of these research works and expressed their gratitude to the reviewers, the Head of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure, Prof. V.M. Kossak, as well as colleagues in the department and all those who participated in the process of preparing and publishing these books.
