Dyakovych Myroslava Mykhailivna – (March 31, 1957, Byshiv village, Radekhiv district, Lviv region) – Candidate of Law (Civil law aspects of securing the mortgagee’s property interests, 2004), Associate Professor (2010), Doctor of Laws (Protection and protection of family rights) and interests of the notary: civil law aspect, 2015). She graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of Lviv University (1979). 2004-2007 senior lecturer, since 2007 associate professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of Lviv University.
