Bohdan Yosyp Hnatovych – (January 21, 1945, Turka, Lviv Region) – Candidate of Law (Participation of Financial Management Bodies in the Soviet Civil Procedure, 1985), Associate Professor (1988). He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Lviv University (1976), postgraduate studies at the University of Kiev (1982). In 1973-1977 he was the chairman of the trade union committee of the student trade union organization, 1976-1986 assistant, senior lecturer, since 1986 associate professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure, 1985-1988, 1991-1994 deputy dean of the law faculty of Lviv University; since 1996 judge of the arbitration court at the Lviv branch of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine. Research interests: subjects of civil and commercial procedural law, the right to apply for judicial protection; justice; concepts, signs, subjects, evidence in civil and commercial proceedings.
