XIII Міжнародний форум з практики Європейського суду з прав людини
3 1 по 2 травня 2026 року Верховний Суд спільно з Львівським національним університетом імені Івана Франка та Національною школою суддів України у партнерстві з Програмою підтримки ОБСЄ для України та Радою Європи організовує XIII Міжнародний форум з практики Європейського суду з прав людини.
Форум буде присвячений обговоренню питань прав людини в період збройного конфлікту, виконання рішень Європейського суду з прав людини та внутрішніх механізмів впровадження, права на справедливий суд (сучасні виклики застосування статті
6 Європейської конвенції з прав людини), гендерної рівності, викладання практики ЄСПЛ, зокрема, в контексті сучасних навчальних методів, цифровізації та реформи юридичної освіти.

From 1 to 2 May 2026, the Supreme Court, together with Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and the National School of Judges of Ukraine, in partnership with the OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine and the Council of Europe, is organizing the XIll International Forum on the Case-Law of the European Court of Human Rights.
The Forum will be devoted to discussing topics related to human rights during armed conflict, execution of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights and domestic implementation mechanisms, the right to a fair trial (current challenges in the application of Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights), gender equality aspects, modern methods, digitalization, and reform of legal education as related to teaching the case-law of the European Court of Human.
