Ruslan Yezerskyi

Biography

In 1996 he entered the Faculty of Law of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, graduating in 2001 with a degree in “specialist”.

During 2001-2005 he was a graduate student of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminology of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

On October 4, 2005 in the specialized academic council of the Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine he defended his dissertation on the topic: “Forensic technology and its role in the detection and investigation of crimes” (supervisor: Doctor of Law, Professor, II Kohutych). On April 13, 2006, on the basis of the decision of the Presidium of the High Attestation Commission of Ukraine (Minutes №47-06 / 4), the scientific degree of Candidate of Law was awarded.

In November 2002, he began working as an assistant at the Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminology, Faculty of Law, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. Since June 2008 he has been an associate professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminology at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. In December 2009, by the Decree of the President of Ukraine, he was appointed a judge of the Shevchenkivsky District Court of Lviv.
