Candidate of Science of Law (PhD), Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative and Financial Law of the Law Facultyof Ivan Franko National University, member of the Association of Lawyers of Ukraine.
Syrko M. was born in 1988 in Lviv. In 2005, she graduated from Lviv School No. 81 with an advanced study of foreign languages. In the same year, she graduated from the Lviv Regional Small Academy of Sciences and entered the Faculty of International Relations of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, which she graduated with honors in 2010, as well as the Faculty of Law of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, which she graduated in 2011.
In 2014, she graduated from the School of Polish and European Law (in the framework of joint cooperation between the Ivan Franko National University and the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow).
2012-2015 – winner of the Department of State History, Law and Political and Legal Studies of the Faculty of Law of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. In 2015, she defended her thesis for the degree of candidate of legal sciences in Lviv.
Since February 2016, she worked as an assistant at the Department of Administrative and Financial Law, Faculty of Law, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
Since September 2016, she worked as an assistant at the Department of Fundamentals of Ukrainian Law, Faculty of Law, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
Since September 2020, she has been working as an associate professor at the Department of Fundamentals of Ukrainian Law, Faculty of Law, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
Since April 2022, I have been working as an associate professor at the Department of Administrative and Financial Law, Faculty of Law, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
