Research and professional interests: International Environmental Law, the influence of international environmental agreements on environmental legislation of Ukraine, approximation of environmental legislation of Ukraine to EU Directives, Land Law, urban planning legislation, agricultural lands issues, Labor Law.

Shparyk Nazar Yaroslavovych was born on 28 September, in the city of Lviv. In 2011 he graduated from the Faculty of Law at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv with a degree of Master of Law and a certificate of professional knowledge in the German language.

During the period of 2012-2015, he pursued full-time postgraduate studies at the Department of Social Law of the Faculty of Law at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. He defended the thesis research in the specialty 12.00.06 – Land Law; Agrarian Law; Environmental Law; Natural Resources Law on the topic: “International legal acts as sources of Environmental Law of Ukraine”. Supervisor – Docent, Candidate of Law Vashchyshyn Mariia Yaroslavivna.

In 2014 he founded the Association of Postgraduate Students of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. During the period of 2012-2015 he was a member of the Academic Council of the Faculty of Law as a representative of postgraduate students.

On 5 April, 2017 he defended the thesis on a specialized Academic Council meeting D 26.001.52 at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
