He was born on November 27, 1980 in Kalush, Ivano-Frankivsk region. In 1998 he graduated from Kalush gymnasium and entered the law faculty of LNU. Ivan Franko.
After graduating from the university, since 2003 he combined scientific work with practical, including (since 2006) – advocacy: he provided legal support to the Commissioner of the State Committee for Entrepreneurship in Lviv region, the Association of Employers of Lviv region (2003-2004). .); headed the legal services of JV Rosan (until 2005), OJSC Lviv Brewery (until 2007), LLC Foxtrot (until 2013).
In 2008 he defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Law in the specialty 12.00.02. on the topic: “Ensuring the state of the constitutional right of man and citizen to entrepreneurial activity.”
Since 2009 he has been working at the Faculty of Law of Lviv University: first as an assistant, and since 2010 as an associate professor of the Department of Constitutional Law.
In 2013, he founded the NGO Center for Constitutional Initiatives, whose main projects include: the annual All-Ukrainian Student Competition in Constitutional Justice (since 2014, together with the Faculty of Law of Lviv University and the Constitutional Court of Ukraine); Center for Legal Assistance to ATO Participants (2014-2015, together with the Faculty of Law of Lviv University and the NGO “People’s Self-Defense of Lviv Region”); bilingual, specialized, scientific journal “Ukrainian Journal of Constitutional Law” (since 2016, together with Lviv University and the Editorial Board).
In February 2015, he received the academic title of associate professor. Since January 2016 – Deputy Head of the Department of Constitutional Law, since June 2016 a member of the Academic Council of the Faculty of Law, since August 2016 – Secretary of the Academic Council.
From April 2017 to September 2018 – Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law.
Since September 2018, he has been working on completing his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Laws on the topic “Constitutionality of legal acts in Ukraine: essence, methodology of definition and mechanisms of provision.
He lectures on the constitutional law of Ukraine and conducts special courses: “Theory and practice of constitutional justice in Ukraine” and “Constitutional justice in democratic countries.”
