He was born on May 29, 1983.

In 2005 he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and obtained a master’s degree in law and received a certificate (diploma supplement) of professional proficiency in English.

2005-2008 – postgraduate study at the Lviv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.

July 2006 – internship under the program of Bologna and Belgrade universities “European Union and Legal Reform” (Igalo, Chorgonoria).

September 2007 – internship at the Institute of Management, Police and Law (Gustrow, Germany).

2008-2014 – Lecturer (and since 2009 Senior Lecturer) of the Department of European Integration and Law of the Lviv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.

2008 – defended his dissertation on “Anglo-Saxon model of administrative justice in public administration.”

2010 – received a certificate of the right to practice law.

Since 2014, Associate Professor of Administrative and Financial Law, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

2018 – by the conference of lawyers of Lviv region elected to the Qualification and Disciplinary Commission of the Bar of Lviv region

In 2019 he defended his doctoral dissertation on “Application of sources of administrative law in the judiciary of Ukraine” and received the degree of Doctor of Laws.
