He was born in 1984.

2001-2006 – studied at the Faculty of Law of Lviv National University named after Ivan Franko (specialty – “Law”, specialization – “Justice”, educational qualification level – “Master of Law”).

2010-2006 – studied at the postgraduate course of Lviv State University of Internal Affairs. And in June 2010 he defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Law in the specialty 12.00.07 – administrative law and process; finance law; information law on the topic “Administrative and legal principles of land dispute resolution in Ukraine”.

From 2004 to 2007 he worked as a legal adviser, project manager, and later – executive director of the charity human rights organization “Your Right”. During 2006-2007 he taught law at the Lviv Law Gymnasium.

In 2010-2007 he worked as the head of the legal department of the State Enterprise “National Academic Ukrainian Drama Theater named after Maria Zankovetskaya.”
In March 2008 he became the winner of the II All-Ukrainian competition of scientific research among young scientists “Innovative Intellect of Ukraine” (Charitable Foundation “Ukraine 3000”).

Since September 2010 he has been teaching at the Faculty of Law of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. Legal regulation of financial control “).

In December 2015, he was among the winners of the VII All-Ukrainian competition of scientific works of young scientists. E. Tugan-Baranovsky.

Author of more than 60 scientific and educational publications.

Member of the Scientific Advisory Board at the Supreme Court.

Since 2019 received a certificate of the right to practice law.
