Hanna Fedushchak-Paslavska


She was born on March 27, 1967 in the city of Lviv. In 1991 she graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of Ivan Franko Lviv State University.

From 1991 to 1996 she studied at the graduate school at Lviv State University named after Ivan Franko. From 1991 to 1993 he was a senior laboratory assistant at the Department of Constitutional, Administrative and Financial Law.

Since November 1996 she has been enrolled as an assistant at the Department of Theory and History of State and Law. In September 2000 she defended her dissertation on the topic: “Political and legal idea of ​​sovereignty of state power and its implementation in the statehood of Ukraine.” Since 2002 – Associate Professor.

By the decision of the Certification Board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of October 19, 2005, he was awarded the academic title of associate professor of the Department of Theory and History of the State.

Under her guidance, 2 graduate students defended their dissertations.

Author and co-author of 2 textbooks and manuals, more than 50 articles, conference proceedings, reviews.
