He was born in 1989. in the city of Lviv.

After graduating from the Specialized Secondary School №15 in 2006 with in-depth study of English and French, he entered the Faculty of Law of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, graduating in 2011.

Since 2007 he has been a member of the Ukrainian Bar Association.

In 2009 he became a scholarship holder of the ZAVTRA.UA program (The theme of the competition work is “Problems of legislative regulation of the referendum and ways to solve them”).

Since 2011 he has been working at the Faculty of Law as an assistant at the Department of Constitutional Law, and since 2012 – as an assistant at the Department of Fundamentals of Law of Ukraine. Since 2016 – as an associate professor of constitutional law.

In 2012 he received a Certificate of the right to practice law.

In 2014 in Kharkiv he defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Law on the topic: “Constitutional and legal status of people with disabilities in Ukraine” (specialty 12.00.02 Constitutional law; municipal law).

In 2020 he became a partner of the law firm AXELO.
