Position: Associate Professor, Fundamentals of Ukraine’s law Department
Candidate of Law, member of the International Association of Historians of Law, author of more than 100 scientific and scientific-methodical works.
He was born on June 18, 1986 in the village of Lysynychi, Pustomyty district, Lviv region.
From 1992 to 1993 he studied at the secondary school № 88 in Lviv. From 1993 to 2003 he studied at the secondary school in the village of A selection of Pustomyty district of Lviv region. In 2003-2008 he studied full-time at the Faculty of Law of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, where he received a master’s degree in law. From 2009 to 2012 he studied in a postgraduate course at the Department of History of State, Law and Political and Legal Studies of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. In 2013 he defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Law on “Peculiarities of formation and functioning of mining courts in the Ukrainian lands (XIV-XVIII centuries): historical and legal research” (specialty 12.00.01 – theory and history of state and law; history of political and legal doctrines).
From 2013 to 2016 he worked as an assistant at the Department of Fundamentals of Law of Ukraine, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. In 2016, as a result of an international competition, he received a Lane Kirkland Scholarship from the Polish-American Freedom Foundation to study and conduct research in the Republic of Poland, which he implemented from September 2016 to June 2017 at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Jagiellonian University in Krakow (theme of the thesis “Zwyczaj w prawie zobowiązań Ukrainy i Polski: studium porównawcze”). From 2017 to 2018 he worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of Medical Law FPDO Lviv National Medical University named after Danylo Halytsky.
In September 2018, he was hired as an associate professor at the Department of Fundamentals of Law of Ukraine, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
